Your Managed Print Services Provider will receieve all the pertinent information about your machine such as serial number, location, error codes, toner levels, event logs, and page counts. This will help them with starting a corrective course of action right away without having to call your end users and asking them a bunch of questions.
Not only can you request service or supplies from the app, you can also see the status of your requests right from the control panel. Simply go back into the SDS Device Services app and click on the issue that you reported and you will be able to see the updates provided by your Managed Print Services Provider.
