Alpha NetSolutions, one of our valued MSP partners, had a managed client in the financial industry struggling with an aging Xerox device. The machine was a constant source of frustration and because of the recurring issues it meant hours of downtime and troubleshooting on both the client’s side and Alpha NetSolutions’ side. Every fix was a band-aid, and the root problem never went away.
The Solution
Alpha NetSolutions reached out to TPUSA with a clear goal: their client needed a machine they could count on — no more downtime. Through our MSP Agent Portal, they submitted a detailed summary of exactly what the client required:

Given the need for reliability, and backed by a local service team with a 4-hour response time, this was the perfect opportunity to roll out HP’s brand new monochrome MFP line in the HP LaserJet Enterprise MFP X52952dn.
The X52952dn checked every box and then some: 52 ppm print speeds, scan speeds up to 80 ppm through the document feeder, scan-to-email, letter and legal support, gigabit Ethernet, and a 225,000-page monthly duty cycle built for demanding office environments. And for a client in the financial industry, HP’s enterprise-grade embedded security features were also an added win.

Their client is up and running on a brand-new HP machine that delivers the reliability they were missing, with a modern experience to match.
