ELITE FLEET · Enterprise Printer Management
We support your fleet first.
Refresh comes later — when needed.
Elite Fleet takes over every printer and MFP you already own, at no cost to start. We tag it, inspect it, and keep it running. Replacement only enters the conversation when a device actually needs it.
One agreement.
Two components. Everything you own, plus everything you'll ever need.
Elite Fleet doesn’t ask you to choose between supporting what you have and modernizing what you don’t. Both live under a single agreement, and you’re only ever paying for one of them at a time per device.
Component 01
Customer-Owned Device Support
We take over the fleet you already have. No purchase, no lease, no swap-out required to get started.
- $0 base cost, $0 implementation, $0 setup
- No invoice until every device is onboarded
- OEM toner, parts, and on-site labor included
- Month-to-month commitment — no long-term lock-in required
Component 02
Fleet Refresh Plan
When a device is genuinely due, it’s already been matched to a modern replacement — no research, no guesswork.
- Every model pre-matched to its successor
- Triggered by age, performance, or your call
- Same coverage, same agreement, no re-signing
- No escalators on cost-per-page — day-one pricing holds for the life of the contract
The platform behind it
Central View:
one dashboard, every device, nationwide.
Elite Fleet wraps your fleet — whatever brands you’re running — in an AI-driven platform that watches every device continuously, so problems surface before your end users notice them.
Security monitored in real time
Every networked printer is continuously scanned for vulnerabilities and unusual activity. A compromised device in a satellite office gets caught immediately — not months later.
Detect Problems, Before Downtime
AI-driven diagnostics flag developing hardware issues so a device doesn't go dark in the middle of a critical print job.
Replenish Supplies, Automatically
Toner levels are tracked in real time. When a device nears empty, a reorder triggers on its own — no one has to babysit ink levels.
Analyze Costs, in Plan View
Usage analytics surface underused devices, consolidation opportunities, and what's actually driving your print spend.
Central View sits on top of whatever you already run — HP, Xerox, Lexmark, Canon, Kyocera, or any mix of manufacturers — giving your IT team one real-time view across every location instead of a login per vendor.
How it starts
Nothing is billed until we've actually taken over.
Onboarding isn’t paperwork — it’s a technician standing in front of every device before Elite Fleet becomes responsible for it.
Step 1: Tag every device
Each printer and MFP gets a physical service label with a dedicated support number — so anyone on your team knows exactly who to call.
Step 2: Run a health check
A technician inspects the device on site before anything is enrolled — confirming it’s in working order, not just present on a list.
Step 3: Enroll in the program
OEM toner auto-replenishment starts, and the device is covered for parts and on-site labor from that point forward.
Step 4: Go live — and only then, bill
Billing starts per location, only after that location’s onboarding is complete. You’re never charged for a device we haven’t taken responsibility for yet.
What's covered
Once we're live, one call handles everything.
Your team doesn’t manage vendors, order toner, or track service tickets. They call the number on the tag.
Help desk resolves it first
Our help desk solves 40% of service calls over the phone — no truck roll, no waiting on a technician
Supplies, On Us
All OEM toner and consumables, shipped automatically — freight included.
Parts and labor
Every maintenance part and every on-site visit is covered, no separate invoice.
One number, always answered
A dedicated 800 line on every device, acknowledged within one hour.
Same-day, most days
Calls before 11am local are handled same day. After 11am, same day or next business day.
When it's time
We already know what replaces your device — because we matched it before you asked.
A refresh isn’t a research project. Every model in your fleet has a pre-assigned successor, so the swap changes nothing about how your team works.

No workflow change
Unlike a lease, the cost-per-page rate you sign on day one is the rate you pay for the life of the contract — no built-in escalators, no annual step-ups.
