The Challenge: CTO Sidekick had a client with an urgent copier need but no existing relationships with print vendors. Their client’s device was slowly failing, and they needed a fast solution without bringing in a direct competitor.
The Solution: CTO Sidekick partnered with TotalPrint USA in April. We received the signed agreement from the client in early May and leveraged one of our nationwide offices to quickly deliver and install the new equipment. By the end of May, two fully equipped HP copiers were delivered, installed, and fully operational at the client’s office.
The Outcome: Our new MSP partner didn’t previously have a print solution for their client, but by partnering with TPUSA, we were able to turn a challenge into a recurring monthly revenue opportunity in less than a month.
We move at our partners’ pace and do everything we can to turn around orders as quickly as possible.
