The Challenge: The customer has 20+ locations across the country, spanning from Washington, DC to Orlando, Florida and as far as Salt Lake City, Utah. They are growing rapidly and continuing to add new locations, while several lease agreements at their existing sites are approaching expiration. Managing multiple vendors, leases, and timelines across so many locations created a complex and inefficient environment.
The Solution: We proposed a five-year rental agreement for one of their new locations, allowing them to seamlessly add devices concurrently as new sites are onboarded. While supporting their expansion, we also implemented a plan to transition all existing locations under a single agreement as current leases expire.
The Outcome: We are consolidating this customer from multiple manufacturers, vendors, and lease agreements nationwide into one master rental agreement with locked-in pricing for the full term and standardized devices at each site. The customer now receives one monthly invoice, along with a detailed Excel spreadsheet breaking down expenses by site and device.
